As a Support Specialist you will be part of an international team and you will make sure that our customers can use our products in the most efficient and effective way with minimal interruptions. This requires a technical understanding and knowledge of our eClinical products.
Your main responsibilities are providing support and advising our customers, processing service requests from our customers, and following-up on alerts of our automated monitoring system.
You can contribute to the continuous development of our eClinical solutions platform, by suggesting improvements or recognizing a need. This allows us to adapt to the complex requirements of our customers.
